Yesterday was the opening of the new Topshop on Briggate and oh my, did it impress. This, Ladies and Gents, is not your average Topshop; it is three floors of fashion, make up, shoes and accessories heaven.
With a personal shopping service on offer and more clothes than you could handle in one trip; here are some snaps of the night featuring floor to ceiling shoe displays, Pixie Geldof, clashing prints and a good old hot dog to finish off the night…
The store is absolutely enormous, with a huge range of clothes on offer, but I have to say, this isn’t an easy layout to shop in. The sheer size of it means that popping in for a quick purchase is near impossible, and I dread to think how busy it will be on a Saturday! But, grumpy practicality aside, it’s super-sized, full of stock and perfect if you’ve got a few hours to burn.
