A little while ago I paired up with TK Maxx and took to the streets of Leeds to find our city’s most fashionable residents. It was all part of their national Treasure Seekers Tour and Leeds did not disappoint! The production crew said that besides London, Leeds had been the easiest city for finding a strong sense of fashion and there were almost too many fashionable folk to stop and chat to.
After 8 hours of running in heels, people thinking I was crazy, people thinking I was famous (a lovely Japanese couple insisted on having their photo taken with me despite me insisting I wasn’t a TV presenter), we found some absolute fashion crackers which have been squeezed into a YouTube video and a Facebook page for you all to enjoy.
This is Leeds representing that just because we’re oop north, it doesn’t mean we don’t know how to dress!
